This book is comprised of daily inspirational meditations. It offers brief support and insight for the day but does not require much time of the reader’s behalf. There are short snippets that will encourage and lift the reader’s spirits. This is most helpful for those grieving due to the fact that, one of the difficulties during the grief process is the ability to concentrate and retain information. This is a great read.
