by Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
On Grief and Grieving is a book that I find puts action to words. The author brings an understanding of the grief process into our everyday life. She has woven together theory with examples of how we live out all aspects of mourning and grief. We are given inspiration, advice and the ‘permission’ to be sad, feel pain, dream as well as understand how we feel isolation and a look at the journey of healing. This is a book for all grievers no matter whom they’ve lost.
