How to mindfully experience your child
Self care strategies and reconnecting with our body
Responding vs reacting
Parenting patterns and schemas
Cultivating compassion and setting limits
A mindful path through parenting
The sessions are led by a certified mindful instructor and certified Canadian counsellor.
Who is this for:
Mindful Parenting is for all parents and caregivers. This series might be particularly useful for parents and children who experience stressors such as social anxiety, ADHD, stress, and other mental health issues.
